Licensed Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and hardworking Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Concord Hospital. Responsibilities: -Provide quality patient care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction -Assist the nursing staff with daily operations as needed -Follow all hospital protocols and procedures -Maintain a clean and organized working environment -Monitor patients' vital signs and document changes in patient condition -Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation -Assist with meals and other nutrition-related needs -Provide emotional support to patients and their families -Answer patients' questions and respond to their concerns -Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients
