
Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician
Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. This position requires a passionate, dedicated professional who is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in both mental health and medical health, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to patients of all ages and backgrounds. This role requires an understanding of the complex and dynamic needs of a diverse patient population, and the ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health and medical health conditions.The successful candidate must possess a master’s degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling, be licensed to practice in their respective state, and have a minimum of two years of direct clinical practice experience. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, is required. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks is essential. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Finally, the ideal candidate will be passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities of an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
