Director - Inpatient Care Management

Concord Hospital is looking for an experienced leader to serve as our new Inpatient Care Management Director. This position is a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of inpatient care for our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care managers and providing strategic direction for the Inpatient Care Management Department.To be successful as our Inpatient Care Management Director, you must have a minimum of five years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting. You should be an effective communicator, possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, and have a strong commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
