Chaplain- Patient and Family Services

At Concord Hospital, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Chaplain-Patient and Family Services to provide spiritual care and emotional support to our patients and their families. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to connect with and relate to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures, and be highly organized and able to prioritize and respond to the needs of our patients and families. Our ideal Chaplain-Patient and Family Services will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently with a high degree of emotional intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is devoted to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.Required Qualifications:• Master's Degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field.• A minimum of one year's experience in a health care setting, preferably in a hospital chaplaincy role.• Board certification as a Chaplain, preferred.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and respect for patients and families of all cultural, religious, and spiritual backgrounds.• Knowledge of spiritual and emotional care practices.• A valid driver's license.
