
Senior Patient Care Technician
At Community Health Network, we are committed to providing the highest quality of patient care. We are looking for a Senior Patient Care Technician to join our team. The Senior Patient Care Technician will provide excellent patient care and ensure that all patient needs are met with compassion and respect. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Patient Care Technician and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Patient Care Technician will be responsible for providing patient care, including vital sign measurement, patient assessments, and performing technical skills. He/She will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, managing patient flow, and ensuring patient safety. The Senior Patient Care Technician will provide leadership and direction to other patient care technicians and support staff.
Responsibilities of a Senior Patient Care Technician:
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure that all patient needs are met with compassion and respect • Measure and record patient vital signs and perform patient assessments • Perform technical skills related to patient care • Maintain accurate patient records • Manage patient flow and ensure patient safety • Provide leadership and direction to other patient care technicians and support staff • Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to standards of care • Assist in developing policies and procedures related to patient care • Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and support staff • Assist with patient discharge planning and follow-up care
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
