Security Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and patrol the facility to ensure safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.
2. Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed.
3. Respond to and investigate incidents and disturbances.
4. Provide direction and assistance to visitors, staff, and patients in a professional manner.
5. Operate security systems including CCTV and access control systems.
6. Prepare reports on incidents and disturbances.
7. Monitor and respond to alarms and emergency situations.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with the public.
9. Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times.
10. Remain alert and focused on duties while on duty.
