Room Service Host

-Greeting patients and taking orders for food and beverages in accordance with hospital menus and dietary restrictions -Ensuring accuracy of order and delivery of requested items -Providing excellent customer service and making sure patients are satisfied with their order -Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the room service station -Entering orders into the hospital's computer system -Working with other departments, such as dietary, to ensure that meals are served according to dietary restrictions -Assisting with stocking and inventory of food and beverage items -Managing cash transactions and accurately recording payments -Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all safety and security protocols
