Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with neurological conditions -Perform physical assessments, take medical histories, and monitor vital signs -Administer medications and treatments, and document all clinical interventions -Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results -Educate patients and families on neurological conditions -Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers -Assist with patient transfers, discharges, and admissions -Maintain patient health records and documentation -Monitor patient progress, response to treatments, and report any changes to the healthcare team -Participate in staff meetings and continuing education events -Adhere to all standards of practice and regulations set forth by the state -Promote a supportive and compassionate environment to ensure patient comfort and safety
