Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Behavioral Health

This is a full-time position with a focus on providing care and support to individuals in our inpatient behavioral health unit. The successful candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana. They should have a minimum of two years of experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting. We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as someone who is organized and has the ability to manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate must also possess a passion for providing quality patient care and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
2. Work as a team member in providing comprehensive, quality care to patients and their families.
3. Maintain a commitment to patient safety and quality assurance.
4. Develop and implement individualized care plans for inpatient behavioral health patients.
5. Monitor and assess patient progress and provide appropriate interventions.
6. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
7. Document in patient medical records in accordance with established standards.
8. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with patients, family members, and other healthcare staff.
9. Participate in on-call and/or shift duties as required.
10. Participate in educational and professional development activities.
