Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency

Our team provides compassionate and quality care to every patient, and we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join us.As an RN in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing care to patients of all ages, assessing and treating acute illness and injury, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. This position requires excellent decision making skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure.The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, a minimum of two years of experience in the emergency department, and experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department
2. Assess and treat acute illness and injury
3. Provide emotional support to patients and their families
4. Maintain appropriate documentation and records
5. Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
6. Follow protocols and procedures for patient care
7. Ensure patient safety and satisfaction
8. Administer medications, treatments, and other therapies as needed
9. Provide patient and family education
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
