Polysomnographic Technologist Registered PRN

Responsibilities:

• Administer polysomnographic tests to patients as ordered by the physician

• Monitor patient's physiological parameters during testing

• Collect, evaluate and score polysomnographic data

• Educate patients and families on the purpose and procedure of the polysomnographic test

• Maintain and troubleshoot all sleep lab equipment

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all patients during testing

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all sleep studies

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in the sleep lab

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for all patients
