Job Description

The Physical Therapist PRN at Community Health Network will provide a wide range of patient care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team and provide PRN physical therapy services to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, a valid professional license to practice physical therapy, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have an understanding of the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide physical therapy services to patients according to individual needs and treatment plans.
  2. Develop patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and other physical abilities.
  3. Educate patients and families on proper exercise and activities to ensure a safe and successful recovery.
  4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  6. Maintain patient records and enter data into electronic medical records.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, laws, and regulations.
  8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
