
Physical Therapist PRN
The Physical Therapist PRN at Community Health Network will provide a wide range of patient care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team and provide PRN physical therapy services to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, a valid professional license to practice physical therapy, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to individual needs and treatment plans.
- Develop patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and other physical abilities.
- Educate patients and families on proper exercise and activities to ensure a safe and successful recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain patient records and enter data into electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, laws, and regulations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
