
Patient Transporter
Welcome to Community Health Network! We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Transporter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for patients to and from their appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of medical terminology, as well as a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and timely transportation to and from patient appointments.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Utilize medical terminology when interacting with patients.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during travel.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Assist patients in and out of the vehicle, if necessary.
