
Patient Relations Advocate
As a Patient Relations Advocate at Community Health Network, you will be the frontline voice of the organization, providing a positive patient experience and resolving patient inquiries. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of patients to ensure they receive the best possible care. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication and customer service skills and will have the ability to provide a compassionate, patient-focused response to inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Advocate for patients by working with healthcare providers to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude when interacting with patients.
- Resolve any patient complaints or grievances in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.

- Remain current on changes in the healthcare system and new services offered.
