
Manager Nursing
The Community Health Network is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Nursing to join our team. This critical leadership role will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring that the highest quality of patient care is provided in accordance with established standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and at least 3 years of nursing management experience. A Master's degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of providing superior patient care and leading a team of nurses. This position requires a professional with the highest ethical standards, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in nursing. Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure that the highest quality of patient care is provided in accordance with established standards and regulations.

- Develop and manage the nursing budget.
- Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for nursing staff.
