
Epic Analyst - Specialty Pharmacy

If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient care, then this job may be the perfect fit for you.The Epic Analyst - Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for providing technical support, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing software to ensure that our specialty pharmacy operations run effectively. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.The required qualifications for this role include: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; at least one year of experience in specialty pharmacy operations; experience with Epic specialty pharmacy applications; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Epic specialty pharmacy applications to ensure successful operations.
- Develop solutions to address issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot problems and identify potential solutions.
- Implement software updates and upgrades to improve system performance.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of Epic specialty pharmacy applications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Provide technical training and support to users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Epic specialty pharmacy applications.
