Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Community Health Network. Responsibilities:

1. Administer anesthesia to patients as per the established protocols and standards of care.
2. Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to any abnormalities or changes in patients' conditions.
3. Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
4. Perform patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and document anesthesia administration in accordance with established policies.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
8. Remain up-to-date on the latest advances in anesthesia and critical care, as well as any changes in clinical protocols.
9. Demonstrate a compassionate bedside manner and provide emotional support to patients and families.
10. Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs.
