
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
We are looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Community Health Network. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. Our ideal candidate must be a licensed and certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with experience in anesthesia and critical care. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a compassionate bedside manner. The successful candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to changing clinical protocols. Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients as per the established protocols and standards of care.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to any abnormalities or changes in patients' conditions.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document anesthesia administration in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest advances in anesthesia and critical care, as well as any changes in clinical protocols.
- Demonstrate a compassionate bedside manner and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs.
Graduation From A College Or University With A Bachelors Or Masters Of Science In Nursing
Current Registered Nurse Licensure
Successful Completion Of A Nurse Anesthesia Program Accredited By The Council On Accreditation Of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
Current Certification As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna) By The National Board Of Certification & Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists
