You will work closely with our IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the security and protection of our data and systems.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT security, including experience with risk assessment, compliance, and incident response.   • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to protect the organization's data and systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans
  • Oversee the implementation of security measures and controls to prevent cyber attacks and data breaches
  • Monitor and analyze security systems and processes to identify and respond to potential threats and incidents
  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the protection of critical systems
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to continuously improve the organization's security posture
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the organization's security capabilities
  • Communicate with executive leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on cybersecurity risks and initiatives
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and privacy laws
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
