Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement provider compensation strategies that align with CommonSpirit Health's mission and goals. • Monitor and analyze provider compensation data to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices. • Research and identify opportunities to improve provider compensation plans and processes. • Manage HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency of compensation data. • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with provider compensation objectives. • Analyze and interpret complex data to develop reports and make recommendations regarding provider compensation plans. • Assist with project management and other duties as assigned.
