System Manager Cybersecurity

CommonSpirit Health is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated System Manager Cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is an expert in all things related to cybersecurity, with a demonstrated track record in maintaining system security, developing comprehensive security policies, and managing IT security teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of CommonSpirit Health's network and systems.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the information security field is required, with a focus on system security and policy development. Additionally, the System Manager Cybersecurity must have extensive knowledge of firewall configurations, encryption methods, malware protection, and data loss prevention tools.This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The System Manager Cybersecurity must have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service attitude, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
