Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
2. Identify and recruit highly qualified physicians for healthcare organizations.
3. Develop and implement recruiting strategies for physicians, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that recruiting needs are being met.
5. Stay up-to-date on changes in the healthcare industry, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate referrals and identify potential candidates.
7. Utilize job boards, social media, and other tools to source and engage with candidates.
8. Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Create and maintain detailed reports and records of recruiting activities.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
12. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
