
Sr Physician Recruiter
CommonSpirit Health is looking for a Sr Physician Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with organizations in need of their expertise.To be successful in this position, the Sr Physician Recruiter will need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Identify and recruit highly qualified physicians for healthcare organizations.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for physicians, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that recruiting needs are being met.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in the healthcare industry, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate referrals and identify potential candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other tools to source and engage with candidates.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and records of recruiting activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
