Job Description

CommonSpirit Health is looking for an experienced Sr. IT Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of data systems, as well as the ability to interpret complex data. They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and draw insights from data that can be used to make informed decisions. The Sr. IT Data Analyst will be responsible for optimizing data collection and analyzing data trends, as well as creating and maintaining data models.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data engineering. You must also have experience working with databases and data warehouse systems, and must be familiar with the latest data analysis and reporting tools. Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize data collection and analyze data trends.
  2. Create and maintain data models.
  3. Develop and maintain databases and data warehouse systems.
  4. Utilize the latest data analysis and reporting tools.

  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Troubleshoot data issues and develop solutions.
  9. Develop reports to document data analysis.
  10. Provide data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
