Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an energetic and driven Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to join our team! We are a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to communities across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for providing both technical and operational support to our specialty pharmacy business.The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in pharmacy services and a passion for customer service. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and operational support to the specialty pharmacy business.
2. Ensure customer service is at its highest level.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external customers.
4. Monitor and assess performance of specialty pharmacy services.
5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
6. Manage inventory and supply chain needs.
7. Develop and implement strategies for specialty pharmacy operations.
8. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes.
9. Adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies of the specialty pharmacy business.
10. Maintain a valid pharmacy license.
