  1. Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to support business objectives.
  2. Utilize expertise in data analytics to identify trends and patterns and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in ServiceNow reporting and data analytics.
  6. Train and educate team members on ServiceNow reporting tools and techniques.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
  8. Provide support and troubleshooting for any issues related to ServiceNow reporting.
  9. Participate in strategic planning to align reporting initiatives with overall business goals.
  10. Monitor and evaluate reporting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency.
  11. Communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions for business needs.
  13. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow reporting and contribute to the development of reporting standards and guidelines.
  15. Keep track of key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of reporting efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Reporting Or Analytics Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Expertise In Servicenow Reporting And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Performance Analytics And Tableau.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Reporting Requirements, Including Hipaa Compliance.

  • Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Reporting Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Reporting Strategies And Providing Guidance To Team Members.
