  1. Analyze and review reimbursement data to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party payers to negotiate reimbursement rates.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve any reimbursement discrepancies.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of reimbursement strategies to maximize revenue for the organization.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential reimbursement issues and recommend solutions.
  6. Stay updated on changes in healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Generate reports and provide analysis on reimbursement trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts on reimbursement processes and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers and payers.
  10. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for reimbursement processes.
  11. Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle management teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement processes and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  13. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports related to reimbursement.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive reimbursement data.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve reimbursement processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement And Billing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance Reimbursement Regulations And Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Excel And Other Data Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
