CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Solutions Architect to join our team.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CommonSpirit Health's real estate portfolio and needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify real estate requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
  4. Design and implement real estate strategies that optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
  5. Create and maintain project plans for real estate initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  6. Oversee the negotiation and acquisition of new real estate properties, including lease agreements and purchase contracts.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze real estate market trends and provide recommendations for potential changes to the organization's real estate portfolio.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as brokers, landlords, and developers.
  10. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions and contracts.
  11. Communicate and present real estate strategies and updates to leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of real estate operations.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in real estate and architecture.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on real estate processes and procedures.
  15. Represent CommonSpirit Health at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization's real estate initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Development And Design.

  • Knowledge Of Local And National Building Codes And Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainable Design Principles And Leed Certification Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
