  1. Conduct analysis and provide insights on operational processes and performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and operational plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify any potential issues or trends.
  4. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to communicate operational data and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify and recommend solutions for operational challenges and opportunities.
  6. Provide support and guidance to operational teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of strategies and initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations.
  8. Conduct research and analysis on healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance and inform decision making.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders to provide updates, present findings, and make recommendations.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and improve data systems and tools that support operational analysis and reporting.
  11. Participate in project teams and initiatives to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Operations Management, Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Decision-Making

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi
