Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing: A Nursing Education Program Manager At Commonspirit Health Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. A Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Active Rn License: The Candidate Should Have An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where The Program Is Located. This Is Necessary To Ensure The Manager Has A Thorough Understanding Of The Nursing Profession And Can Provide Guidance And Support To The Educators In The Program.
Previous Teaching Or Educational Experience: Commonspirit Health Values Candidates Who Have Experience In Teaching Or Educational Roles. This Could Include Experience As A Nurse Educator, Preceptor, Or Clinical Instructor. It Is Important For The Manager To Have A Strong Foundation In Education To Effectively Lead The Program.
