CommonSpirit Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic marketing and communications initiatives to support the organization’s mission and objectives.We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for communication and marketing, and who is committed to providing quality customer service and an excellent experience for those we serve. The ideal candidate will have a combination of knowledge, creativity, and expertise to effectively communicate our message to the public.The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication initiatives to support CommonSpirit Health's mission and objectives.
- Create and maintain web content, as well as manage social media presence.
- Design graphic content to effectively communicate messages to the public.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to inform marketing and communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide customer service and an excellent experience for those we serve.
- Provide creative solutions and ideas to current and upcoming campaigns.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
