  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of our healthcare data systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  2. Utilize your expertise in data engineering to optimize and streamline data processes, improving the accuracy and timeliness of data collection, storage, and analysis.
  3. Lead a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively manage and maintain our healthcare data systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and leadership, to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Engineering And Management Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Experience With Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hl7.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing Principles, Data Modeling, And Etl Processes.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Data Engineers.
