- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.
- Utilize knowledge of pharmacology and drug therapy to accurately dispense medications and provide drug information to patients.
- Maintain accurate records of medication orders, dispensing, and patient interactions.
- Participate in medication therapy management and patient education programs.
- Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmacy practice.
- Continuously monitor and review medication regimens for potential interactions, duplications, and other adverse effects.
- Serve as a resource for healthcare providers and patients regarding drug interactions, dosing, and other medication-related concerns.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and other third-party payers to ensure appropriate coverage for medications.
- Maintain a safe and organized pharmacy environment, including proper storage and labeling of medications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing policies and procedures related to pharmacy services.
- Attend continuing education programs and stay updated on current developments in the field of pharmacy.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
