  1. Provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.
  3. Utilize knowledge of pharmacology and drug therapy to accurately dispense medications and provide drug information to patients.
  4. Maintain accurate records of medication orders, dispensing, and patient interactions.
  5. Participate in medication therapy management and patient education programs.
  6. Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmacy practice.
  7. Continuously monitor and review medication regimens for potential interactions, duplications, and other adverse effects.
  8. Serve as a resource for healthcare providers and patients regarding drug interactions, dosing, and other medication-related concerns.
  9. Collaborate with insurance providers and other third-party payers to ensure appropriate coverage for medications.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized pharmacy environment, including proper storage and labeling of medications.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing policies and procedures related to pharmacy services.
  12. Attend continuing education programs and stay updated on current developments in the field of pharmacy.
  13. Foster a culture of humankindness within the organization and promote the values of compassion, collaboration, and innovation.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or healthcare leadership.
