Job Description

At CommonSpirit Health, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead our IT projects to success. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful execution of IT projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in software development, project management, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment and working with stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to budget. Above all, we are looking for a passionate individual who is excited to join our team and lead our IT projects to success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans and timelines for IT projects and ensure they are implemented and adhered to.
  2. Monitor and adjust project plans and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  3. Lead all aspects of the IT project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  4. Create, track, and report on project KPIs and metrics.
  5. Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met.
  6. Identify and resolve any project risks or issues.
  7. Provide regular progress updates to the team and stakeholders.
  8. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  9. Lead the team in developing and implementing best practices and processes.
  10. Collaborate with IT professionals, developers, and other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
