  2. Troubleshoot network issues: Quickly identify and troubleshoot any network issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted delivery of healthcare services.
  3. Implement network solutions: Utilize technical expertise to develop and implement network solutions that support the organization's mission and align with industry best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other IT professionals, including developers, security analysts, and system administrators, to ensure the network infrastructure is integrated and aligned with other systems.
  5. Perform network upgrades and migrations: Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations to ensure the network remains up-to-date with the latest technologies and supports the organization's evolving needs.
  6. Monitor network performance: Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address any potential performance issues, ensuring a stable and reliable network.
  7. Document network processes and procedures: Maintain detailed documentation of all network processes and procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  8. Stay current with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in network engineering to continuously improve the organization's network infrastructure.
  9. Communicate effectively: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to provide timely updates and ensure alignment on network-related activities.
  10. Maintain network security: Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
  11. Provide technical support: Provide technical support to end-users to troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure their smooth functioning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering And Support.

  • Knowledge Of Various Network Technologies Such As Lan, Wan, Vpn, And Wireless.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Protocols And Best Practices.

  • Industry Certifications Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Or Ccie Are Highly Desirable.
