  1. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our organization's systems and networks.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and threats.
  3. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to proactively mitigate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements for new systems and applications.
  5. Design and implement security controls and measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  6. Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic for security incidents and promptly respond to any potential threats.
  7. Conduct regular security training for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of security within the organization.

  9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans to ensure a timely and effective response to cyber attacks.

  11. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in resolving cybersecurity issues.
  12. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the organization's cybersecurity posture and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Engineering Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Network Security, Infrastructure Security, And Application Security.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Frameworks And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa, Nist, And Iso.

  • Professional Certifications In Cybersecurity, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Ceh, Are Preferred.
