IT Cybersecurity Principal Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the engineering of IT cyber security solutions to safeguard CommonSpirit Health data and systems.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the organization and its partners are protected from cyber threats.
3. Develop and maintain IT security solutions to provide maximum security and protection.
4. Monitor security systems and investigate suspicious activity.
5. Design effective security policies and procedures.
6. Stay informed of emerging security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
7. Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
8. Implement security awareness programs to educate staff on best security practices.
9. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure security standards are met.
10. Troubleshoot IT security issues and provide timely resolution.
