CommonSpirit Health is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Healthcare Contract Modeling Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for using analytics to develop and evaluate complex contract models for various healthcare services and products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare analytics, excellent technical and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. The Healthcare Contract Modeling Analyst at CommonSpirit Health will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and overseeing the implementation of contract models for healthcare services and products. In this role, you will analyze financial, operational, and service data to create accurate and reliable models that will help inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge of healthcare analytics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, and at least two years of experience working with healthcare analytics and contract modeling. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop complex models for healthcare services and products using analytical methods.
  2. Analyze financial, operational, and service data to ensure accuracy and reliability of models.
  3. Evaluate existing models and make changes as needed to ensure accuracy.
  4. Oversee the implementation of contract models.
  5. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure models meet their requirements.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase model effectiveness.
  7. Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends to ensure models remain relevant and effective.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure models meet their needs.
  9. Provide training and guidance to other team members on contract modeling techniques and processes.
