We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Director to lead our Real Estate Planning team at CommonSpirit Health. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic real estate plans for the organization, ensuring optimal utilization of our assets and supporting the overall mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of real estate planning, and a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic real estate plans for CommonSpirit Health, in alignment with the organization's overall mission and goals.
  2. Lead and manage the Real Estate Planning team, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure the team's success.
  3. Monitor and analyze real estate trends, market conditions, and demographic data to inform decision-making and identify potential opportunities for the organization.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, to identify and prioritize real estate needs and initiatives.
  5. Oversee the acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate assets, ensuring optimal utilization and value for the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external real estate brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to support the organization's real estate goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate planning and management.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status and progress of real estate projects and initiatives.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Real Estate Planning team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance the organization's real estate strategy.
  10. Represent CommonSpirit Health in a professional and positive manner, upholding the organization's values of compassion and excellence in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Planning, Development, And Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Trends In Real Estate Planning.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Real Estate Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
