We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Construction Project Manager to join our team and help us bring our vision to life. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of new healthcare facilities, as well as the renovation of existing ones. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project management and construction.   1. Oversee the design and construction process for new healthcare facilities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of all construction projects.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement design plans that meet the organization's needs and goals.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes throughout the design and construction process.
  6. Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and construction drawings.
  7. Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to ensure timely completion of projects.
  9. Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
  10. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of materials and services.
  11. Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to develop and implement long-term facility plans and strategies.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in construction project management and incorporate them into the organization's processes and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project team members.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Design And Construction Projects, From Conception To Completion.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Contractors, And Design Teams.
