- Develop and oversee project plans for the implementation of the new Clinical Command Center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage project budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.
- Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks.
- Oversee the integration of technology, data, and processes to optimize clinical operations and improve patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to clinical operations and technology systems.
- Facilitate training and support for staff members on the new Clinical Command Center system and processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technology and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Clinical Command Center team.
- Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Command Center team and other departments within the organization.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to clinical operations and healthcare technology.
