
Benefits Financial Analyst
At CommonSpirit Health, we are looking for a Benefits Financial Analyst to join our finance team! As an integral member of our financial team, you will have the opportunity to put your financial analysis and accounting skills to work in a healthcare setting.This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus two years of experience in a financial analysis role. Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data related to benefits programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze benefits programs.
- Monitor, review, and analyze benefit program trends and provide actionable insights.
- Review and analyze benefit program costs and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting efforts and development of financial forecasting models.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with special projects and provide support to the team as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails.
