  1. Oversee the successful execution of projects across multiple facilities within the CommonSpirit Health organization.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  4. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to executive leadership.
  5. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  6. Collaborate with facility leaders to understand their specific needs and align project goals with organizational objectives.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  9. Review and analyze project data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements throughout the project delivery process.
  11. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to healthcare project management.
