The onboarding process at CommonBond begins with an initial phone interview to discuss the candidate’s qualifications and experience. If the candidate is deemed a good fit for the role, they will then be invited to a series of in-person interviews with members of the CommonBond team. During these interviews, candidates will have an opportunity to discuss their qualifications, experience, and unique skills. After all interviews are complete, CommonBond will make an offer to the successful candidate. The onboarding process culminates with a comprehensive onboarding training program, which is designed to ensure successful integration of the new team member.
