Staff Accountant

Comanche County Memorial Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who seeks challenges and is driven to succeed in providing accurate and timely accounting services.The Staff Accountant is responsible for a wide variety of accounting functions, including preparing financial statements, preparing and analyzing budgets, and providing support to the finance department. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to improve financial processes and procedures.To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have at least three years of relevant accounting experience. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with computerized accounting systems is also required. In addition, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important. Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
