Training Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and delivering engaging and effective training solutions to meet the needs of our organization.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a degree in instructional design, education, or a related field; at least three years of experience in developing and delivering training materials; excellent communication and presentation skills; and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. 7. Ensure training materials are up to date and relevant.
8. Monitor and analyze reports regarding training outcomes.
9. Maintain records of training materials and outcomes.
10. Remain informed of new developments in instructional design and training techniques.
