Job Description

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Analyst, passionate about making a real impact on the success of a leading outdoor apparel company? Columbia Sportswear is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply chain strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of processes.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field, plus 3 to 5 years of experience in a supply chain role. You should also possess a thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including forecasting, inventory management, and distribution. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential to success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage supply chain strategies and processes that improve operational efficiency.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  4. Develop and implement processes to track and report on supply chain performance.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of process and procedures.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
  7. Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  9. Lead projects related to supply chain improvement.
  10. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
