Supply Chain Analyst

Columbia Sportswear is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our supply chain operations and developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. You must possess a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and be able to think strategically and analytically.We are looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have exceptional organizational skills, and be able to multitask. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, and at least 3 years of experience in the field of supply chain management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze supply chain operations and performance
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
3. Lead supply chain projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
4. Analyze data and trends related to supply chain performance and customer satisfaction
5. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
7. Develop and track KPIs for supply chain performance
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate supply chain performance
9. Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws related to supply chain operations
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
