- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance needs and requirements.
- Conduct data audits and analyses to identify any data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and maintain data governance processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Extensive Experience In Data Governance: A Sr Data Governance Analyst At Columbia Sportswear Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Data Governance, With A Deep Understanding Of Data Management Principles, Policies, And Best Practices.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Relevant Data Privacy And Security Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, And Be Able To Develop And Implement Data Governance Strategies That Ensure Compliance.
