Job Description

Columbia Sportswear is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to help shape our brand’s voice across all social media channels. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase awareness and engagement of Columbia Sportswear's products and services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, an understanding of the latest trends, a creative eye for content, and excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in developing and managing social media campaigns, a strong understanding of analytics tools, and be familiar with different social media platforms and their features. You should also be able to work autonomously, multitask efficiently, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends. If you’re an experienced and creative social media professional, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
  3. Create engaging and original content for social media platforms.
  4. Analyze the performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly.
  5. Develop relationships with influencers and other stakeholders in the industry.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.
  7. Monitor competitors' social media activities.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  9. Manage the daily operations of the social media channels.
  10. Manage the budget for social media campaigns.
