- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and inventory management to ensure a cohesive and effective online shopping experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and drive online sales.
- Utilize various merchandising tools and techniques to enhance product presentation, including product categorization, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure that all product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date on the website.
- Conduct A/B testing and make recommendations for website optimization based on results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce and apply them to the company's merchandising strategy.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and functionalities that improve the online shopping experience.
- Monitor competitor websites and make strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on website performance and merchandising initiatives.
- Continuously review and improve the user experience on the website, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address any product or website-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication across departments.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and take initiative to implement new ideas and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Merchandising, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Site Merchandising Or E-Commerce
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Drive Merchandising Decisions
Knowledge Of Web Analytics Tools And Experience With A/B Testing
Familiarity With Product Photography And Visual Merchandising Techniques For Online Platforms
