
Senior Media Specialist

- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with the brand's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Utilize industry trends and data to inform media planning and buying decisions, ensuring maximum reach and impact for the brand.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (such as marketing, creative, and analytics) to develop integrated campaigns that effectively tell the brand's story.
- Manage media budgets and negotiate rates with media partners to ensure optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze media performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future campaigns and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with new media technologies and platforms, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the brand's media mix.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with media partners, negotiating and securing partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand's values and objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of media campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences, staying informed and connected with the latest media trends and opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital And Traditional Media Planning And Buying
Strong Understanding Of Media Trends And Industry Best Practices
Experience With Media Analytics And Reporting Tools
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Juggle Multiple Campaigns And Deadlines Simultaneously.
